The West Avenue Neighborhood Association (WAvNA) is comprised of representatives of condominiums, businesses, and individuals residing in the West Avenue corridor.

At the WAvNA, we envision a future where the unique character and vibrant spirit of Miami Beach are preserved and enhanced. Our long-term view is focused on fostering a high quality of life for all residents, creating a flourishing business community, and ensuring controlled and thoughtful development. We are committed to maintaining and expanding green spaces, such as parks and the scenic baywalk, providing tranquil and beautiful environments for everyone to enjoy.

Above all, we aim to ensure a safe and secure neighborhood, where the well-being of our community is always at the forefront. Together, we are building a cohesive, sustainable, and thriving West Avenue, where the charm of Miami Beach continues to shine, making it an exceptional place to live, work, and relax.

WAvNA holds monthly meetings where elected representatives, public officials and community leaders address issues of interest.
