Regarding the proposed legislation by JDS Development Group for the redevelopment of
1250 West Avenue and the related floor area and height bonuses, the WAvNA Board of
Directors requires additional information from the Developer and the City and feedback
from affected residents and others before taking any position on these matters. The
legislative process should provide additional information and feedback to inform a
decision.

The Board notes that it appreciates the Public Benefits being proposed by JDS in
connection with the redevelopment.
